Hancock Hotel

I stayed for two nights while visiting MPC for work. Safe to say I had a great stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were incredible - I ran into an issue with my car which needed some mechanical support and Hollace and Sophia were able to support me and request help quickly. They were able to get Karl's, who was able to help me with some small car issues. He was incredibly helpful in solving the car issue and was dependable through the stressful situation. Couldn't recommend the staff and accommodation enough!

The Hancock Hotel is an absolute gem in Findlay. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and consistently comfortable, making them perfect whether we’re staying for a night or a longer visit. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. The event team has helped us host multiple parties, and every experience has been seamless. They are incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making each event a success. The valet team is also outstanding. Zach in particular deserves a shout out. He is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which sets the tone the moment we arrive. Between the quality of the rooms and the exceptional service, The Hancock Hotel delivers a top tier experience every time. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel! We visited beginning of December and the Christmas decorations were stunning! It could easily pass for one of the fanciest hotels in New York or another big city! The staff was just great, so, so helpful! We needed to change the reservation and they have been so easy to work with! Holland was the one making our entire experience more than a 5 stars one! I would absolutely recommend this hotel and especially Holland!

Have never had any expirence here that was less than phenomenal. We were married here in December of 2024 and have been back for numerous events since. We love the gorgeous architecture and luxurious atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel . It is nicely decorated for Christmas and has a fire burning in the fireplace lobby which made it cozy. It smells lovely and is very clean! Rooms are comfortable and quite nice! The valet staff : Anthony and Melissa were very kind and helpful. They went above and beyond ! The front desk staff : Sophie and Hollace…were also extremely friendly and helpful , polite and efficient.

Stayed Christmas night ;didn’t want to drive home after a busy holiday with family. Lobby was beautifully decorated - very warm and welcoming. Check in smooth, clerk very friendly. Room was lovely, bed quite comfortable with extra pillows. Bathroom was immaculate, extra towels included, plenty of hot water. Valet parking only, attendants friendly and prompt.

Beautiful hotel. My brother had his wedding party stay here, and I have almost no complaints. We came to the Hancock for the wedding reception, and it was a great space. Very clean, very organized. However, the parking on arrival was abismal. They were warned ahead of time that there was a very large wedding party in need of valet, but they just couldn’t keep up. Our parents missed the entire cocktail hour because of it. But once we got in, it was a wonderful, beautiful venue with fast service. Some guests went out for drinks, and don’t have to go far, downtown Findlay is a few steps away. Couldn’t recommend it more.

We were only here long enough to sleep, shower and leave but the room was so nice and more importantly SPOTLESS! The people at the front were very pleasant and friendly as well. And that PRICE!? 100 percent recommend if you’re in the area.
